The problem

Your providers report the money.
Valvera verifies the truth.

Payment teams are forced to reconcile provider files, internal ledgers, fees and reserves across disconnected systems. Valvera creates the shared evidence layer needed to explain every difference.

Explore the platform
01Complete records

Totals use the full eligible dataset, not an arbitrary page cap.

02Honest currencies

Native values stay separate unless an evidenced FX rate exists.

03Source evidence

Results remain connected to their transaction and statement origins.

04Clear exceptions

Differences are surfaced for investigation, not hidden in a score.

How it works

Four steps. One defensible answer.

01

Connect

Bring provider feeds and merchant records into one controlled environment.

02

Normalise

Convert different source formats into a canonical payment and settlement model.

03

Reconcile

Compare the records, preserve exact matches and isolate meaningful differences.

04

Act

Investigate with source evidence and take the next appropriate operational step.

The platform

Four connected capabilities. One evidence layer.

Transactions create the foundation. Reconciliation and Rolling Reserves explain what happened. The Intelligence Hub helps teams decide where and how to operate next.

01

Transactions

Security

Your payment data, protected by design.

Valvera is designed to keep each organisation’s records isolated, restrict access to authorised users and protect provider credentials away from the browser. Your team gets the operational visibility it needs without exposing another organisation’s data.

01

Data isolationEach organisation’s records remain within its own tenant context.

02

Controlled accessAuthenticated users see the records and actions available to their role.

03

Protected connectionsProvider credentials are handled server-side and kept away from the browser.

04

Traceable activityOperational changes retain the context needed for review and investigation.

Questions

What finance teams usually ask first.

01Does Valvera move or hold client money?+

No. Valvera is a payments-intelligence layer. It organises and compares the financial evidence produced by merchants and their providers.

02Does Valvera replace our ledger or PSP portal?+

No. It connects the evidence across those systems so finance teams can understand differences without rebuilding the process in spreadsheets.

03Can values in different currencies be combined?+

Only when an evidenced conversion method is available. Otherwise Valvera preserves native-currency totals rather than creating an unreliable headline figure.

04What happens when a provider has no reserve terms?+

The platform says that no reserve terms are recorded. It does not convert missing evidence into a false zero balance.

05Is our data shared with other payment providers?+

Valvera does not sell merchant data or disclose one merchant’s information to another merchant or payment provider for their use. Data may be processed only as needed to provide the authorised service, including by approved subprocessors operating under contract, and where required by law. Final handling is governed by the applicable agreement and privacy notice.

06How does Valvera protect our payment data?+

Valvera is designed around tenant isolation, controlled access and traceable evidence. It avoids unnecessary retention of sensitive source files and credentials. Specific controls, retention commitments and authorised access are governed by the agreed service terms and security documentation.
